Located in the heart of Gdańsk, Maniera shares an author's approach to Polish cuisine. This is a culinary story that probably no one has told before. The unique experience is also accompanied by a unique visual identity that exposes the modernist style, but with an individual approach characteristic of the brand.

With this project, we had to strike a balance between the architect's vision, the historical connotation of the place itself, as well as a clearly defined menu referring to the local flavors. The restaurant, dedicated primarily to tourists, was supposed to prove that the Polish climate does not always have to be homely.
Recipes known for years, but with a twist. Chandeliers and crystals on the ceiling, but here you will eat pork, flounder and broth. We were looking for a common point for these seemingly disparate elements. We found the answer in contrast.

Thanks to the mix of different styles, we have subtracted a bit of solemnity from the distinguished decor. We bet on one card, all grabs allowed and thus broke the pattern.
