What does UX mean?
UX is from the English “user experience” — that is, in literal translation, user experience. UX design is nothing more than designing the experience of someone who moves, for example, on your website or in a mobile application — in such a way as to make them as intuitive and hassle-free as possible.

UI is from the English “user interface”. And UI design is literally the design of interfaces — for example, a website or a mobile or web application.

How is UX different from UI?
To design a good UI, you must first design the UX. UX design is the design of the entire user experience, including its path. The UX designer knows the user's needs and plans how the entire application or service will work — how the user will use it, what features they need and how they will navigate through them step by step.
UI design is already a specific design of the interface of a given application — including, for example, all the technicalities related to the layout and appearance of buttons, typography, colors, contrast, etc. This is a reflection of the user experience in specific elements of a given interface in combination with visual identification of the brand.

What is a user journey?
The user journey is the foundation of the UX design process. It is — as the name suggests — a user path that reflects how your customer interacts with your brand, e.g. on your website. It is a kind of map that shows how the user moves and how to smoothly bring him to his destination (for example, buying in your online store).

We mainly use Figma to create website architecture, prototyping and presentation of subpages.

What is prototyping?
Prototyping is the creation of a preliminary version, for example, of a website or mobile application, which is more than just a static design of the site, but is not yet a coded, final product.
At this stage, we plan and visualize the user path and the functionality of the website or application. We can also test them with our clients and their clients and see how they can be further improved — and all before we hand over the website or app for development.

What is included in the prototype?
The prototype includes the design of the main page and all the subpages specified in the scope of our cooperation. This is really a 1:1 image of what the page will look like after coding.

We divide the work on the creation of the website into sprints, after which we present the developed creations and collect feedback from the client.
