How long are the workshops?

As a standard, you need to reserve about half a day for strategy workshops. Although, depending on the scope of our joint activities, this time may be slightly longer. If we start working together, we will definitely let you know specifically and arrange a date that suits us all.

We prefer to meet in the so-called real world, although there is also the option of online workshops or in a hybrid formula. Everything is negotiable.

What is the result of the workshop?

After the workshop, we will prepare a presentation that will include the most important elements of the brand strategy, including:

  • unique brand proposal (a.k.a. UVP),
  • brand positioning,
  • analysis of the communication of the most important competitors,
  • brand personality,
  • its values,
  • goals and direction of brand development,
  • guidelines on language and visual identification of the brand,
  • initial suggestions of slogans.
  • brand differentiators in the market,

Depending on the scope of work we agree on, we will also present you with proposals visual identification and branding, so as to determine the direction in which you want to go.

What is tone of voice?

Tone of voice is how we call a brand's voice (or more specifically, tone of voice) — that is, the way a brand will communicate with customers through text.

Depending on the character and personality of the brand and its target audience and communication channels, your brand may speak in different ways (e.g. colloquial language, strongly industry language, more formal or even slang.) We will define all this so that the text and visual layer coincide.

What is the use of tone of voice for my brand?

Determining how your brand will communicate with customers will make it easier for your marketing team to create consistent texts across different channels, including:

  • on the website,
  • in social media,
  • in e-mail communication,
  • in sales offers,
  • etc.

Depending on the scope of work that we agree on, we will also present you with proposals for visual identification and branding, so that you can determine the direction in which you want to go.

I have a developed brand communication strategy. Do I need to create it again?

The short answer is: it depends.

And a little longer: it depends on such things as:

  • whether the current brand strategy is working in business and delivering the expected results (if not, we will help you find and improve what is not working.)
  • whether your brand is undergoing significant changes — for example, your target audience changes or you are entering new markets (e.g. foreign ones)
  • do you need the opinion of external experts to evaluate the current brand strategy at all (sometimes it is difficult to see certain things from within the organization.)

We will help you in any case. We can start our cooperation with a brand audit, where we will take a closer look at all its elements and recommend appropriate actions.

What does the brand strategy include?

Brand strategy is the basis for the functioning of your brand in its target markets. It includes, among other things:

  • the characteristics of the target group — not only in terms of demographics, but above all, the needs that your brand and products and services are designed to respond to.
  • the characteristics of the brand itself — its character and personality, its main characteristics and values, and the way it solves customer problems.
  • positioning of the brand in the market — in which market segment it is located and what exactly it delivers to the target customer,
  • a unique brand proposition (i.e. unique value proposition.)
  • brand slogan (also called claim), which is a catchy rendition of the brand's UVP.
  • branding and visual identification.
  • a plan to communicate all this in different marketing channels (that is, a brand communication strategy that results directly from the brand strategy.)

Brand strategy is also a brand development strategy — that's why we'll help you build your brand to open it up to new goals in the future and make it easier to grow as your business grows.

What is included in the brand communication strategy?

The brand communication strategy already describes in detail how you want to communicate the brand to potential customers and implement the strategic assumptions. You will find in it:

  • the marketing communication channels you will use and the purposes they are intended to serve (e.g. building brand awareness or sales)
  • the brand message that you want to emphasize in each of the channels and at each of the stages of the purchase path, to individual segments of the target group (the so-called customer person)
  • language of brand communication (tone of voice) and direction of visual communication
  • analysis of the communication of the most important competitors.
