Livwrk - Cultural Infrastructure
The real estate development industry doesn't have a very favorable reputation, so the main challenge in this project, was to warm up the image and show a different, out-of-the-box approach to real estate. LIVWRK, in addition to the development, handles the project holistically - from the idea, to the search for a suitable site, discussions with the locals, creation of the architectural design and implementation, to finding investors and the sales process.

LIVWRK creates places that are not separated from the neighborhoods, and even emphasize their unique climate. This translates not only to the appearance of the buildings, but also to their interiors, the spaces around and above all — the comfort of staying in them.
Due to the different nature of each project in the company's portfolio, we needed a universal base that would harmonize with the diverse styles of individual investments, without dominating them at the same time. Therefore, the developed key visual is quite minimalist, and the most distinctive element of identification is the logotype.
For a timeless and at the same time unique style, we opted for two typefaces — a slightly more ornate and simple sans serif.
The color palette focuses on classic black and white, which is complemented by a warm, subdued beige. All these elements combine simple creations, with a harmonious arrangement.
Our goal was to create a friendly brand image with a little corporate style, which cares not only about the aesthetic aspect, but above all focuses on the people around.
We also wanted to convey the brand's values in a specific style of photography and visualization, focusing around polished details, as well as depicting the experiences that await future residents.
